Notes for people entering events on the website.

When you enter the date of the event the system automatically records the time you are physically entering the data, which could be 10.30pm in the evening. If this was the case then the planner/organiser will not be able to publish the results on the website until 10.31pm that evening.

To avoid this delay can you make sure when entering the event date you adjust the time to 2pm, this allows people to still see the event on the website up until the course closes and also allows the planner/organiser to publish the results on completion of the event.
