Jointly planned/organized by MWOC/Eryri, to be held over the weekend 1st/2nd Oct 22.

Day 1 (Welsh Long Distance Championships & VHI Individuals) will be held on Gwanas (3 miles SE of Dolgellau) on mostly sloping and intricate rough open land (entrance off A470, at SH 770 168, LL40 2SH, ‘encodes.smirks.nail’). Start times will be from mid-morning (tbc). All Championship class runners must be members of WOA on the closing date AND date of event, and must qualify through birth (self or one-parent) or residency (one year). All Championship runners must be entered in Fabian as ‘CYM’ to be eligible. Colour-coded courses will be available for those not in the Championship classes. There is no entry on the day and it will be a timed start.
