Thanks to Robert for planning a great event and organising the Christmas meal after the event. Robert is seen here with his granddaughter Lleucu who completed her second course today! This is our last Club event of the year, which will be followed by our annual Christmas dinner. Arrangements have been made at the Searivers Caravan Park Restaurant, which is near by to where the event will be taking place.

Foel Goch

Thanks all for a great event at Foel Goch today - challenging terrain and stunning views over the Dyfi estuary for those that had time to look! Thanks to Clive Thomas for planning, Mike Kay for organising and Bridget Stein SBOC for controlling the event. Thanks to all the tent erectors, start team, download team, control collectors, cake makers and tea makers and anyone else who helped! Looking forward to our next event at Ynyslas on December 18th - a taste of sand dunes for a change - hope to see you at our Christmas dinner afterwards (sand free...) - all welcome!

Foel Goch

Foel Goch, near Tre’r-ddol, Aberystwyth, will be the location for Mid-Wales Orienteering Clubs next event on Sunday 13 November. This is also a Welsh League event organised by the club, so there may be a few more entrants than normal. We will also be offering 2 additional courses, a Green and a Brown (further information below).
