Apologies for the glitch with a couple of the SI Units. I have credited anyone that had 131,136 and 147 on their course.  See above for the full results.

The Carneddau is a beautiful hill which rises to 436m. To the west it has views over looking the Wye valley and to the east the hills surrounding Glascwm. On a fine day you can see the Becons with Pen-y-Fan to the south and the Black Mountains to the south east. It stretches from Builth Wells in the south to Howey in the north, just about 4Kms long and 3Kms wide. It is mainly open hill top with a variety of valleys, crags, a few trees, undergrowth mainly bracken with a few corse bushes here and there. The area has an abundance of crags, depressions, line and water features, re-entrants and boulders etc. At this time of year like most open areas the bracken has come to its full height, therefore care should be taken when using pathways to navigate by as these are some times difficult to follow.
