A taster session will be available for the Powys Montgomery Federation of Women's Institutes. This will consist of an introduction to Orienteering, related exercises and explanations followed by two courses (physically and technically easy). The courses are planned to be shorter than normal (see below). The evening will finish with refreshments in the Music Room.
